“Order process great, however when they were delivered the package was heavily damaged and contents visible. Flowers were mainly ok but obviously a delivery issue. Have taken pictures as they arrived!”

“Having ordered flowers for my sister in-laws 60th Birthday i was shocked & horrified to find out that they were not delivered & very embarrassed when I emailed to find out what had happened I was messaged to say someone would get back to me within 24 hours, well its been 3 days & no response if i said this is the worst experience i have ever had i would not be lying can not believe how ashamed I am to do this to my sister in-law having just lost my brother.”
