“Flowers good I am told. I had a discount voucher which was not taken off the price and had to e mail to ask about that and was told they will refund, so I await to see. No chocolates either.”

“Bought as a birthday gift, arrived on the day and I was kept regularly updated about the bouquet's transit and delivery via email and text messages. The bouquet itself is beautiful and excellent value for money. The recipient was very happy as was I. Would definitely recommend and will use again in future.”

“Underwhelming for the price. Flowers photographed when ordering are manipulated to look like a fuller bunch than they are. Also annoying that there's no photos showing the difference small medium and large options.”

“Very happy. Just emails were confusing, told me they wouldn't be delivered until the 2nd and they did arrive on the 1st as requested. Also quite a late delivery for my ageing mum. And I thought there was complimentary chocolates but maybe I got this wrong.”

“I sent some flowers to my Sister as she starts radiotherapy this week, it made me happy that she was so happy to receive the lovely flowers and that they cheered her up at this worrying time. I've used eflorist a few times now and have never needed to access customer services as the flowers have always arrived on time, in great condition and looking and smelling beautiful. Can't say fairer than that.”

“My orderWA10807354 arrived box broken chocolates missing. The courier rang my bell & had gone when l opened the door to find this broken box on the step. They were a great for my sister as she lost her husband it was 1 yr anniversary. Very upsetting.l would like to send a photo but tried but it wouldn't voMavis wi”
