“It was awful. The flowers were half dead and decayed. There was no chocolates with the order which should have been. There was no card message which should have been. The delivery was a hash, updated with wrong info. Not Good”

“Order process great, however when they were delivered the package was heavily damaged and contents visible. Flowers were mainly ok but obviously a delivery issue. Have taken pictures as they arrived!”
