“I was sending flowers from Australia to the UK. The delivery time was crucial and a challenge to pull together. Eflorist made it easy with prompt and supportive communication. The flowers were amazing and the timing coordinated well.”

“Just received 18 roses and they arrived promptly. Packaged very securely and buds just commencing breaking open. Placed them in a cleaned vase (hot washed vase in vinegar water and allowed to cool, then thoroughly rinsed in clear water) Roses put in room temperature cold water. added preserver fluid *supplied with roses. 9 days now and all roses still in scented bloom and looking as fresh as day they arrived. 100% quality service and products.”

“My friend was very happy with the flowers and chocolates I sent through you for her birthday. I was surprised that a card was included although I was not asked to pay for it so that was lovely. I was also pleased that the flowers could be delivered on her actual birthday as it was a Sunday Although everything was lovely they were not delivered until after 4 pm. I understand that you don't control the couriers and the flowers did get there on the right day but it was rather later than I would have hoped. I was told by the courier of the expected time slot so I was able to warn my friend to be in at that time. Generally a good service and very nice flowers.”

“I’ve been using Eflorist for some time and always been impressed with the quality of flowers. However on this occasion I was disappointed. Unfortunately with Amazon delivering the flowers were kept enclosed for too long on a very hot day. In addition the quality of the flowers was disappointing.”

“Not completely happy because there were 2 big gladioli stuck in the middle of what had looked like the perfect bouquet in the photograph. So I was disappointed although my family didn’t realise what it should have looked like.”

“The order was made, I was kept fully informed as to when the delivery would be. The Flowers turned up on time and they were beautiful. Very, very happy with the whole process and I now know where to go if I need to send flowers again. Thank you.”

“The basket of flowers were beautiful - my Sister-in-Law who is at present very unwell was absolutely over the moon with the flowers and they had pride of place on the table where everyone coming to the house would see them - would definitely use EFlorist again”
