“Not completely happy because there were 2 big gladioli stuck in the middle of what had looked like the perfect bouquet in the photograph. So I was disappointed although my family didn’t realise what it should have looked like.”

“The order was made, I was kept fully informed as to when the delivery would be. The Flowers turned up on time and they were beautiful. Very, very happy with the whole process and I now know where to go if I need to send flowers again. Thank you.”

“The basket of flowers were beautiful - my Sister-in-Law who is at present very unwell was absolutely over the moon with the flowers and they had pride of place on the table where everyone coming to the house would see them - would definitely use EFlorist again”

“The flowers were lovely, but unfortunately, although I had requested a birthday message, the card was blank, and so my relative didn’t know who they were from, until I phoned her and asked if she liked them. Otherwise satisfied with the service.”

“The flowers were lovely and appreciated when they arrived unfortunately using Amazon as the delivery method was a problem as, according to them, it was UNDELIVERABLE ! Eflorist customer services saved the day by dispatching a replacement and used a different delivery service ensuring the flowers arrived only slightly late”

“Ordered letterbox flowers and paid around 19/20 pound for a special 80th birthday present to find that they could not be delivered on the day requested . They arrived a day late and the recipient had to bin them as they were withered and almost dead. Highley disappointed and would not recommend to either family or friends, Sorry I couldn't be more possitive as previously I have been delighted with Eflorist”

“The flowers arrived on time and were , in the recipients own words, 'absolutely fabulous'! The colours were so vibrant and flowers arrived in perfect condition. The chocolates were a lovely touch and much appreciated. Thank you for providing such a gorgeous product at a very reasonable price. I'll most definitely use this site again.”
