“The 'Flowers' ordered for a friends Birthday, arrived on time, & delivery advice was precise, for which I'm grateful. However, the flowers' delivered in a box were NOT what I ordered [ordered a middle sized bouquet], & were half dead on receipt! I was horrified when she sent me a picture of what looked like 6 or 7 maybe, wilting stems! I was extremely embarrassed. I will not be using this service again & will be making a formal complaint as soon as I'm able to contact someone directly at their office.”
