“EF used to be great. Lovely flowers and reliable delivery They're still lovely flowers but you can't rely on the delivery and on the day they were due, the tracking information from Yodel was extremely confusing. It appeared they were on their way but didn't arrive They arrived a day late. I raised it with EF Customer services using the online query service. I've heard nothing since, although they have managed to send me two requests for feedback. I don't like leaving negative reviews but I won't be using them again.”

“So lets start from the positives :Quick delivery: order made on thursday - delivered next day. Thats all. Negatives: flowers are delivered by Yodel which means they are treated as normal parcel. I ordered flowers for my wife on our wedding anniversary. Flowers got dumped on a doorstep by a delivery guy. The little card with a message on was ripped, looking absolutely rubbish. Flowers were not fresh at all with green leaves turning brown. Maybe its just a bad luck on this occasion. I ll reconsider using someone else when ordering next time.”

“I ordered my mom some flowers for what would have been her 1st wedding anniversary after my dad passed away the flowers were luvly chocs a nice touch....But I added a message to be written and no card came with the flowers that was very disappointing”
