“From start to finish excellent service, easy to order, delivered on the date I asked for (and I only ordered them early hours of the same day delivery) prices were very good too considering i only gave them a few hours to deliver perfect!!! My dad loved the flowers plus the little box of choccies too. Thank you would definitely order from here again.”

“Delivered on time. Reasonably priced. The lady who received them said they were nice (but she would, wouldn’t she!) but there seemed to be disproportionate greenery. Supposed to be freesias but only a couple of stems plus roses. the gift message area wasn’t obvious to me so I realised I’d ordered without a message. Contacted them to ask about adding a message and they never got back to me.”

“Need a good reliable courier I had to chase them and told to contact the seller if I wanted a refund I think it was their job to contact myself and Eflorist to let us know what was happening I was very disappointed 😞”

“I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday to be delivered on the day of her birthday at her workplace. On the day they were due to arrive I didn't receive the order tracking details and so contacted Eflorist to find out when they would be delivered. No flowers arrived. I received a response the following day confirming the flowers would be late with no explanation as to why but with tracking info included. The flowers were then delivered. Having chosen Eflorist specifically on the basis the flowers would arrive for my wife's birthday, given they were late I was very disappointed with the service.”

“Delivered to the wrong address so arrived a day late. Time was when it was possible to ‘phone you to iron out problems but you’ve now retreated into a digital excuse for customer service with its attendant delays.”

“The service was fine, the flowers arrived on the day of the birthday. However, they arrived in a box and, as they were delivered to a care home, no one opened them up until I arrived later in the day. I was disappointed. The freshias were still in bud and the roses slightly wilted. The bouquet looked nothing like the picture on your website which had attracted me to buy it. I'm sorry to have to write this, but I thought you should know. I put them in water with the sachet of plant feed, but have not had the opportunity of seeing how they look now.”
