“This was the 2nd time (over many years) I used eFlorist, for sending flowers to my sister. I was informed the flowers were delivered about 2.30pm, and she later told me they arrived wilting and dry as if insufficiently watered or cared for; fortunately they recovered after her extra care.”

“Absolutely gorgeous flowers . Great being able to track the delivery. Price wise I thought a little steep when they arrived but as the week has gone on the flowers have opened and have given a beautiful display .”

“I thought the flowers were very disappointing. I organised them from Australia for my sister’s birthday. There could not have been a worse looking bunch. Nothing like the pictures on the web. Will never use you again. Melita”

“Had to order a replacement bouquet after I got the address wrong using another supplier and the people to whom it was delivered by mistake just wouldn't give the flowers up! I tried EFlorist and was really really pleased. Website was easy to navigate and it was easy to filter/sort according to when they would be delivered. The bouquet was really nicely presented in a letterbox sized package and, crucially, was a really good size (it was only a standard size) and the flowers were lovely. )as were the choccies!!) It was delivered on-time and there was a quick turnaround from point of order to delivery. Overall, very good value and would definitely use again.”

“Quick and easy to use website. I was really disappointed with the flowers themselves. They looked nothing like the photograph and even after they opened and bloomed, they looked like a reduced price supermarket bunch at the end of the day. I did want to send a complaint email but the flowers were for a friend currently having chemotherapy so I didn't want to keep asking for daily photo updates. She appreciated the gesture which was nice enough. I don't like leaving negative reviews in general but with the cost of living, flowers are even more of a luxury so you would expect them just to look as they cost. Thank you.”
