“Hi, agree that the process of ordering was really easy, and the flowers arrived on time, on the day. However, the flowers were not quite to the standard of those that I have had sent on previous occasions. Disappointing, as it was an anniversary where I was unable to be with my partner on the day because of work commitments. As you can see from the photograph, the leaves were already bent over on arrival, and the rose petals were droopy. It will not stop me using you again as you have always been reliable. Maybe this is a one-off - but still disappointing.”

“I ordered these flowers for my wife as I was working away. When I arrived home a few days later I was upset to see the poor quality of flowers that had arrived, they were mostly dead on arrival and the ones that were alive died shortly after. Wish I hadn’t of bothered.”

“I have used Eflorist a number of times to send flowers to a third party. I have always had a positive response that the flowers arrived on time and in good condition. The negative feedback from others seems to me to be in the minority and I trust the courier and the supplier attempt to resolve any issues to a satisfactory degree.”
