“EFlorist always delivers on time and the flowers are exceptional. I recently purchased the WOW bunch and they were just that. amazing colours and the aroma filled my mums home, The feeling my mum had was clear to see on her face, lit up like a bulb. That was priceless.Thankyou very much.”

“I have made two orders recently, both were available as my request and i was able to track the orders as to when they were delivered. On both occasions the flowers were beautiful, very happy with the service and will definitely use again and recommend to friends and family. Thankyou EFlorist”

“Customer service is usually brilliant but this time omitted to put who flowers were from so the recipient was quite embarrassed when she had to ask me if I had sent them, and was worried in case I hadn’t . Very unusual for eflowers they are normally first class. Think they are still the best”

“My chosen flowers were unavailable on the day I had chosen. The order went ahead as if ok. The same day, I received a message from eflorist telling me that there was no florist nearby to deliver the flowers that day. They offered me an alternative bunch to be delivered the next day. They were very responsive and easy to communicate with, however, I would have thought they would have refunded me and offered me delivery for the next day free if charge as the fault was at their end. Anyway, flowers arrived even though they weren't the ones I originally ordered, they are lovely.”
