“Very happy with the use of the website, selection of flowers and the inclusion of a card a free gift. The price was great too. I have used E florist several times and have never disappointed. I fully recommend them and they are my go to for sending friends and family flowers.”

“Shocking customer services I wanted to delay my order as I found out my friend was away fir her birthday I’d only ordered a couple of hours earlier & they refused & the emails were rude & didn’t care so the flowers will be dead & I will need to re-order flowers but with someone else! I’ve used eflorrist before with no issues, but to try & change anything- so difficult & very very poor customer services! Don’t think I will use them again I judge companies on their customer services these are non existent & when you do manage to get in touch so so rude!”
