“Communication is on point, delivery was prompt with no hiccups. Bouquet is healthy and beautiful. The only gripe I have is the price, but it is not really any different than any other flower vendor by comparison. All in all, very happy with the service.”

“Really good selection of flowers The free chocolates are really good quality, I had a delivery from one of my sons so I knew they were good, nice small selection of other gifts too. Very impressed with the delivery time too, other places I have looked at were very long delivery times My flowers are lasting well so I am confident the ones I am sending will too. Many thanks 🙏”

“I found the ordering system very simple to use and the prices extremely reasonable. My order is not being delivered until the weekend so cannot comment on condition, timing etc but I feel sure that my Mum will love them as I live 165 miles away and i'm not Dominic Cummings.”

“I was very pleased with the flowers I ordered for my daughter in-laws after she came out of hospital after getting over Covid19. and she works for the NHS. She sent me a photo of the flowers which looked lovely.”

“Was unable to track order as no tracking number or link attached to email. The tulips were a birthday gift for my sister and she was absolutely delighted. This is first time I've used eFlorist and it won't be my last.”

“Easy to order. Slight problem that I received 2 emails, one confirming order, another saying they could not find the order so sent order number. Then everything fine and recipient very pleased with her flowers and chocolates and have said they are lovely flowers.”

“Easy ordering very reasonably priced, my only negative was as soon as I placed the orders I realised on Mr and Mrs haskins flowers I had forgotten to put on the card who they were from, I contacted yourselves quickly but was told you were unable to correct it for me”
