“Very happy with flowers and the delivery was on time too. A bit disappointed in quantity of chocolates got the impression from the deal that it was a reasonable size of box not a box of four chocs. Maybe do better next time. Cheers”

“I was very happy that the beautiful bouquet of hedgerow flowers arrived on my daughter's birthday - when she was still at home. We had planned to meet in town for a socially-distanced fish & chip lunch, which had been arranged for later. The bouquet is lovely and Maisie is excited that the rosebud and the irises will open into exquisite blooms soon. She was also very pleased with the box of chocolates! I would like to add how disappointed I am over the fact there was no card with my message or name included. I know I wrote a little message to send with the bouquet and chocolates, When the gifts arrived, Maisie did not know who it was from. It was only after I'd received an email from yourselves, which I had to forward to Maisie re the care of her bouquet, that she knew who the gift was from. Overall though, I am very happy with how easy and straightforward it is to send a stunning bunch of blooms to whoever one wants, through Eflorist. Thank you.”

“We ordered the flowers and chocolate deal for my daughter who needed cheering up as she was suffering with her pregnancy and brilliant they arrived in time Was not sure if the chocolates had arrived as well until she messaged saying she love Guylian chocolate she is thrilled and so are we as arrived the next day as promised would use this service again”

“I Was very happy with the easy ordering process,it is the first time that I have used the website,not only was it easy,but I also got a 16% discount because a friend recommended me,the flowers are not being delivered for a week,and I’m hoping that they will be as good as they look on the website,so far very pleased with my experience”

“The customer service was excellent, price extremely reasonable. Since the flowers are to be delivered next week I trust that they will be as fabulous as the posted image, and as they are a gift I can't judge how beautiful and satisfying for the recipient they will be.”

“my flowers arrived on time so very very fresh and packed securely to arrive in perfect condition.my only dissapointment was the missing chocolates that were advertised with this boquet (i did tick the box) .That was why 5 star was not given”

“Very efficient ordering system. Flowers arrived on time in excellent condition. Only disappointment is that the free chocolates were not in the box. Otherwise this would have been a 5 Star review. But I still would recommend your service to friends as I am sure this was a genuine mistake, and we can all make one of those.”
