“I ordered the white Orient bouquet, for a funeral, whist the flowers were very nice and packaged well, they came a day earlier than I requested, it was a good job I had them delivered to me at home and not to the undertakers or crematorium, or they may have got mislaid, fortunately as it was over the Christmas period I could keep them in water in a dark cool place so by the day of the funeral they were opening out nicely.”
