Flowers didn’t at all resemble marketing photo. Customer Service did nothing to resolve the problem.

I ordered 3 bouquets: one was sent to the wrong address and was more than half dead by the time it was received; one was found upside down by the dustbin; and the third seemed to arrive safely. I am disgusted by your service and suggest that a considerable refund would be in order. I now read, in your reviews,that I am not the only customer to have been treated this way. I feel very badly let down J McGilvray

I ordered two bunches of flowers and chocolates for my two daughters to be delivered before Christmas. Both daughters were delighted with their flowers and chocolates and they arrived before Christmas so well done EFlorist

My mother never received her flowers chocolates. I emailed EFlorist asking for a refund but so far I have had no reply.

I find your customer service on line, easy and very efficient and enjoy using your company only to send flowers. I live in Cyprus and flowers and chocolates are something special to send to my father who is now in a home. Thankyou

I spoke with customer service because the complimentary chocolate did not arrive and they then decided to refund me £2. I asked for the chocs to be sent separately but they said they can only send them together. So I have marked down the stars I can give them as I was not satisfied with the outcome. I would rather the chocs then a small refund.

Just be aware that the flowers arrive at their destination in bud...not as per photo on Web site...it does mention it..but I didn't see it. So they fo not have the WOW factor I was hoping for. On asking my friend, who was the recipient, I found out they did open out...but as I said the initial WOW had been lost.

Awful service. Ordered flowers for a Christmas gift. Received multiple notifications saying it had been delivered when this was untrue. Contacted Eflorist and the service was poor. I won’t be ordering from this site again.
