“My sister’s birthday is on 30th December - for 2 years now I have sent her flowers via EFlorist. I order them the week before Christmas because of the holiday and they arrive at my sister’s exactly on her birthday. The flowers are well packed with instructions on how to look after them to get a long flowering period. This time I ordered alstroemerias in bud with a flowering life of approximately 3 weeks which I think is good value. My sister was delighted.😊. There was also the bonus of a few free Lindt chocolates. This time flowers were delivered by Amazon Delivery - no complaints.”

“Delivered on time which is a big plus also you can track your delivery, good value easy to order. Can’t comment on the quality as it was a gift but my sister said they were lovely.”

“Delivered on time unfortunately no one in and came back next day , I was told the lady who received her flowers was very pleased, unfortunately she has passed away now but I’m pleased that she had seen her flowers Lesley from Lincoln”

“I ordered a bouquet chocolates and a teddy for my very sick friend in France money was taken said order was accepted to be delivered next day. Only to receive an email saying my money was being put back into my bank 9 days ago still no refund and no gift for my sick friend I was so disappointed”

“The flowers are always lovely. Delivery is fine if you're in but Yodel threw flowers over the fence when out and lied about where they were left. Flowers were hard to find.”

“Bestelde bloemen op tijd geleverd. Op ontvangen foto van mijn vriendin zag het er uit zoals voorbeeldfoto op site. Wat ik als lastig ervaar als ik bestel is de manier van betalen. Dat kan alleen via creditcard of id en paypal maar niet rechtstreeks vanaf mijn bankrekening ( Ideal )”

“I was in hospital and wanted to send my wife flowers to say I was missing her. I ordered from my hospital bed and flowers were delivered the following morning with a card and message I had written. Flowers were lovely and they also included a free small box of chocolates. I can 100% recommend EFlorist and will definitely be using them again .”

“I've made my first order few weeks ago. I wanted to send a flower bouquet with chocolates to our friends as a thank you for having us over for Christmas (the best Christmas ever). The flowers, chocolates & thank you card arrived safely on time to our friend's house. I'm very happy with the service. Thank you!”

“You cancelled my last order without my permission and without letting me know, for no reason. And worst still this order was a birthday present. I’ve never had a proper apology or reason why and still waiting for refund? NOT HAPPY 😡”

“One of my orders was left in the dustbin with no say wher they were. If the bins had been emptied they would not have received But they say on their ccctv where the driver had left them and got then out. I am very disappointed with this barbara gibson.”
