The bouquet I ordered wasn't the cheapest choice and it arrived looking like a £5 bunch of flowers from the supermarket! More twigs and leaves than actual flowers. 3 stems of freesias and 5 roses! Definitely not worth the money!

Got some for my friend last year for passing her nursing exam, came the next day as was a last min delivery, on time and the flowers inside were beautiful. Took about 48 hours to open fully up but they looked amazing, also got some free chocolates too which I thought was lovely.

I ordered a large bunch of roses & freesia as a pre-christmas thank you present for a relative. The flowers arrived and looked lovely, in bud as expected, however none of the roses opened (10 in total) and after 8 days they had to be thrown in the bin as they looked terrible. I contacted the customer services and was told there was nothing they could do as I hadn't reported it within 7 days of delivery. It was obvious from the photos I provided that the flowers were not in good condition and that the state of them hadn't happened overnight between day 7 and 8. Despite this, my complaint was never followed up and I feel like the flowers were a complete waste of money.

Form ordering the flowers to delivering of them the exact time and day given to me they Were spot on at a very busy time of the year ,well done all at EFlorist thank you and happy New year to you all .

First time using you and have to say as I ordered flowers over Christmas/New Year a little dubious about when they would be delivered.It was for my Sister in Laws birthday and sadly the same day she lost her husband many years ago.A beautiful bouquet delivered on time Thank you

I ordered a large bouqet of serena flowers to be delivered to my sons birthday on 31st December 23, to palma , Mallorca, unfortunately they never arrived, i am very disappointed as she neither has the flowers and I have lost the money I paid for them. Order no: WA12875591:

I ordered a bouquet for the UK to be delivered on News Eve Day Unfortunately I was informed that there was a technical fault and it would be delivered asap When it was delivered though my friend was over the moon with it

Delivery 3 days late. Flowers not great. Given the opportunity for replacement flowers, which did not happen, after much follow up communication with customer service Wont use eflorist again

My sister did not receive her flowers as they were delivered to the wrong address. I did type one letter wrong on the post code but the house number, Rroad name and village were correct. As gesesture of goodwill eflorist could have sent a small bunch of flowers as a good will gesture to the correct address and I would be happy to use you again. Any good business should make a gesture to a future customer. I have dyslexia so can make these frustrating mistakes. Yours I Morris.

Hi The flowers were lovely!! But unfortunately they were delivered by Amazon, who left the delivery on the doorstep instead of leaving them with a neighbour!! The flowers were for my friends 60th birthday!! So I was disappointed.
