“The flowers was nothing like the flowers in your picture it was half the size of the one in your advert and certain flowers were not in it then when it was delivered by Amazon the driver rang the bell threw the box on the step and went when my cousin took it in the box was flat at the top end as if something heavy had been on it these flowers were a present for my cousin birthday I was disappointed when she told me I have used your firm many times but after this I will not be doing any more business with you”

“I chose EFlorist to send flowers to a sick relative because there was a lovely looking bunch in their favourite colours and you had fairly swift delivery. The flowers arrived on time, well protected, and they loved the selection. However three flowers were broken or withered (not just droopy) and attempts to contact your customer service involved my relative spending an hour trying to get through a chatbot to a contact form, then three emails from you asking for photos that had been sent the first time. At which point she gave up. No resolution as you are presumably waiting for the photos you already have. The bunch was just what we wanted but the stress to them of dealing with your response to an issue was really not what I had in mind. I can't add the photos below as I don't want to bother her further to send them to me. So the score breaks down to 5 for choice, ease of ordering and delivery, 2 for quality and 0 for customer service. I won't be ordering again.”

“I bought a bouquet of roses,carnations,daisies with folage,arrived In bud as stated on order. The flowers were in full bloom by 3rd day looking lovely. Unfortunately they were looking droopy by the evening of 4th day. I kept them in fresh water etc as normal but they were ready to bin by 6th day. Very disappointed as you were recommended”

“Birthday flowers did not arrive on designated day. Had to go online for a replacement order which arrived ten days after birthday. Also a bouquet ordered for a December birthday in Belgium never arrived. So much time spent on computer trying to sort this out. I shan't be using this company again.”

“Ordered flowers and card for a birthday didn’t arrive on birthday , pointless waste of money , I thought as it was a flower delivering company that they would have the deliveries on point ,as flowers go off if they’re not fresh and if sent with a Birthday card all the more date sensitive.Avoid avoid this company!!!”

“Delivery great - delivered on time. I was disappointed by the extremely small size of the bouquet especially as I chose and paid to upgrade it to a large size (won’t be doing that again).”

“I ordered Orange Blossom for my daughter’s birthday on the 1st January. The arrangement, chocolates and Prosecco were delivered on 31st December, the requested date. The actual arrangement was disgusting. It was supposed to have roses, carnations and Alstroemerias. There were 6 pathetic roses, droopy gum leaves NO ALSTROEMERIAS OR CARNATIONS. My daughter said it was use thrown together before delivery with no attempt at an arrangement. I chose that arrangement because my daughter is Australian and would appreciate the gum leaves. I ordered it from Australia and presumed it would be made up as ordered. I feel a replacement arrangement would be a decent gesture. I will never order through this company again. Australians don’t like being ripped off. Sarah.”

“Two bouquets ordered for either side of Xmas. Both recipients absolutely loved them and the flowers delivered on the 29th December were still looking lovely on the 6th January. The flowers I have ordered over the years have always been beautiful and always delivered on time with care and attention.”
