What an absolute rip off!!! DO NOT buy flowers from this company. I paid £32 (£25.99 + £5.99 delivery) for what basically amounted to an end-of-the-day miserly bunch of garage flowers! When I complained, they told me that the flowers I had received were of the correct colour, were fresh and were to the value paid. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Extremely bad customer service. They are ripoff. They charged me twice for the same order and when I contacted them.and emailed them They would not refund me. Extremely disappointed 😞

Quality terrible. Embarrassed having seen them and recipient. Avoid ordering unless you are trying to upset the recipient.

Shocking company. Flowers for Valentine’s Day didn’t arrive, no notice or correspondence. Only after harassing them did I get a response, they’d run out of stock and offered me a refund. If I hadn’t hounded they would have happily kept my money. Farcical behaviour, avoid at all costs.

Flowers where rubbish squashed and looked old not worth the price the. I complained and they pretty much called me a lair the company is just money grabbing Avoiddddddddd

I would not bother wasting your money, go to the supermarket they are much better and alot cheaper, paid £37.99 for a large bouquet and the size what turned up is ridiculous, my children could of picked better flowers from the garden, A card that was suppose to say happy valentines day turned up saying "Thinking of you"

Completely wrong flower’s arrived to the door? I was so confused as well as my girlfriend because they weren’t even colour matched to what they should have been (Even tho they stated on the website they would do this even certain flowers where not in stock? The flowers where not even price matched as you can see from pictures it looks like all the left overs at the end of the day where thrown together and wrapped… I’m so disappointed as this was my first time ordering from Eflorist. Not happy with what I received whatsoever so I cannot recommend this company to anyone. Still waiting to hear back from customer service but by the sound of the reviews I will be waiting some time. Also this is another company that dosnt have a phone number to call customer care, the only way to contact customer care is texting a robot, which really isn’t customer care if I’m honest. Overall it’s been a terrible experience.

Immediately after placing the order, I realized that I didn't mention the floor in which the flowers need to be delivered. I contacted them for support, they suggested that I need to take it up with the courier directly. How the hell am I supposed to know which courier they would use to deliver? No contact was given. It so happened that the flaming courier has left the flowers on the street and within 10 minutes they were gone!! Wasted money and more importantly wasted time and emotions. Never going to to order from them ever again!!

5 stars for bad service Do not use this company as there customer service is shockingly bad I asked within 1hr of my order to change the delivery address and said they couldn't do this so asked for a refund and said they couldn't do this either. They dont make it easy either to raise a complaint ticket you have to jump through hoops to reach out to them also My advise would be to use a different service than eflorist as a service

I ordered flowers on Wed 7th of Feb and paid extra for them to be delivered on the Saturday. It is now Tues and the flowers have still not arrived. I tried calling their contact number from the website but it says the number is not in service. I sent an email complaining on Sunday and have still not heard back from them. I have received no correspondence explaining what happened to the flowers.. I think eflorist must be a scam. I'm strongly advise that you do not use this service.

Absolutely awful company! DO NOT USE THEM! I have never received such disgusting customer service in my life! Very unaccommodating and not able to assist with the simplest of changes to an order. They then had the cheek to call me a valued customer- If you valued me you would make the change! Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. SERIOUSLY DO NOT USE!!!

I put in a order but made the mistake of double ordering , minutes later I tried to cancel but they refused!! I thought this was my right with any good or service ! But careful they have small print that means they can take your money and never refund!! I'm sure this is against the law. Extremely bad service don't use them

Terrible - Ordered flowers for Valentines day with extra paid for exact delivery. Flowers were shipped and delivered 5 days early. Unable to contact customer service, no response to emails or claim submission. Absolutely useless- I now have 5 days to source another company that can deliver another bunch of flowers on the correct date!

Really poor customer service, live chat is useless; despite claiming an agent would respond, after 15 mins I gave up. The flowers were not delivered to my friend for her birthday. They claim they were given the wrong address, they were NOT, It was the correct address, used many times and never with any problems before. They refuse to redeliver or refund and blame me for their failure. I think this is abysmal customer relations and customer service. I'd recommend looking somewhere else for bouquet deliveries.
