“Ordered flowers for my friend after she had a heart attack, she lives round the corner from me! I was away from home. Ordered flowers and put in her details including address which i know as she lives in my street, same postcode! I checked ALL details before I paid all correct! Flowers never arrived…..sent to someone in same street name in LANCASHIRE!!! Hope they enjoyed £25 of flowers! Told i cannot get a refund as i input the details!!! No i did not!!! My details were correct! Will not use you again!”

“Such value for money. I have used EFlorist a couple of times now - the people receiving have sent pics when saying thank you. The flowers are always really fresh. I've had 100% satisfaction so far. Thank you EFlorist!”

“Wow, the prices are great. I was waiting to hear from the recipient if the flowers to see what she thought of them. The tied bouquet was beautiful & the red roses, wow. The colour of them is stunning. Thankyou so much”

“2 delivery's for the same town,both for my niece's that have just lost there mum. Delivery was supposed to be Friday,when I knew they would be in. One delivery late Friday,no photo,said they were left in porch,they do not have a porch. They had to go hunt for them. Second delivery did not arrive until Saturday,not the day I wanted,as new they would be out. Definitely not a happy experience.”

“The flowers were fine. Yodel was useless. Told us they left the flowers in the porch, the recipient does not have porch! They did not knock,ring or bang on the window. Our friends were in. We had to ring them to tell them they had some flowers, thereby spoiling the surprise. As long as you use Yodel we will not use you - a shame as all was good apart from the delivery.”

“I paid for chocolates to be delivered with My Mum's 90th birthday bouquet. Flowers arrived. Chocolates did not. When I complained, I was told that they would look into it. I am still waiting. I will not be using this 'service' again.”

“hello Ordering was very very easy. I thought the medium sized bunch of flowers would be a bit bigger. Yodel sent me tracking information. The delivery time was scheduled for between 8pm and 10pm. This concerned me as the flowers were not expected ( a surprise gift) and the couple are unwell and quite old; so a late delivery could disturb them. I had a web chat with a yodel operator and the flowers were delivered aroudn6 pm. I was most grateful and the couple sent a photo and are pleased”

“Ordered 2 , one in Sussex arrived on the day requested and were looking good on Sunday as they were blooming the 2nd one for Essex was delivered on Sunday and looked a bit squashed in the photo I was sent, busy time of year I guess but really pleased other than that”
