“Flowers not delivered on the date I wanted. They STILL have not been delivered. The ones I payed for are now not available so god knows what’s going to turn up, if they turn up at all. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED BY YOU. Would add a photo if I only had what I ordered. Very bad service.”

“I was very cautious about using a internet florist, but I had no need to worry with Eflorist. The roses were delivered the next day and in great condition. My girlfriend was very happy. I will use Eflorist again without question.”

“A little disappointed although the flowers are nice and went down very well not quite the quantity I was expecting, the ordering was very efficient but I will probably stick with local purchase in future”

“My mum was thrilled with her birthday flowers and chocolates , she said they are beautiful , the only thing I would say is that they didn’t arrive until 5,30 pm and it meant she thought she wasn’t getting a present for a while , maybe a pre 12pm delivery slot option?”

“Having used eFlorist in the past, the recipients have always been pleased. Now I know they were just being polite. This order was the first time I had actually seen the product in person and was woefully disappointed. The flowers were nowhere near the quality, nor quantity of what was described. Of what arrived, a far superior product could have been sourced from my local garage and the complimentary box of chocolates were not the regular size of Lindt chocolates you would expect; but a tiny "box" containing three individual chocolates. Furthermore, the box arrived battered and bruised. Really was not worth anywhere near the price plus delivery and am deeply disappointed.”
