“I ordered a bouquet titled Frosted white roses, red ones were sent, I was aiming for what looked like an xmas bouquet acorns and silver holly were advertised but alternative was in the bouquet.. I mean they were ok/nice if you like red, but I was a little disappointed because these were for my mother in law and not intended to be a romantic bunch, Very very different from the picture”

“Terrible service . Was guaranteed delivery on a certain day to be told in the afternoon on that day that they can’t find a florist to deliver . I was offered an alternative for another day but the alternative was poor compared to what I paid for . I’m still awaiting my refund . Avoid this florist and their website of same day guarantee is lies . Shame on you”

“Easy to use flowers were beautiful and fresh and well presented,the time delivery information was accurate,i sent from Australia to my mum in London and it really was stress free and the fre chocolates went down a treat thank you”

“The products were great it was that packaging that was the problem it had clearly been opened as the seal on the box was broken and the box had bern torn, this not how I wanted to present these flowers to my mother in. Also I didn't expect the delivery to be so late it was 20.30 before they arrived at my home which spoilt the treat.”

“Ordering is easy online with lots of choice. The flowers have always been good. This time one of my delivery orders was delayed but only by a day. The recipients seem pleased with them. (I can’t add photos as I send them but don’t get to see them. )”

“Disappointed overall. originally I ordered a bouquet of flowers advertised as same day delivery, only to receive text message to say unfortunately no florist is available to do my order I was given a 2nd choice so I agree to it not realising till after order was placed that my order will be delivered 48 hours later and when they were, they were dry and limp for the price I feel it's unacceptable also same day delivery shouldn't advertise that you can, very let down by the service overall.”

“Absolutly disappointed, the quailty of the flowers was very poor, the roses were half dead and the petals so small. The packaging was the only good thing, when I tried call follow process and complain to them, they say they cannot find my order. I am writing this from an email THEY sent me to write a review. DO NOT USE THEM, unless it is for someone you do not like as they will be disappointed. Urge you not to use them, even if it means you have to pay more”

“The flowers received weren’t very good quite disappointed with them. For the money spent I think saving £20+ we should have bought supermarket flowers. Also the delivery was terrible flowers left on the door step on a busy main road an email sent to say delivered with a photo. We don’t monitor our email 24 hours per day so that was pointless message a call or tx would have been Better. Also the delivery driver did not attempt to contact the person in the flat they were sat waiting for the flowers. Overall conclusion we will shop elsewhere in future.”

“Haven’t heard from recipient yet but I’m hoping they will be ok. I’ve used Eflorist a lot & always been pleased but I believe you’ve changed couriers & they arrived late so I’m concerned about the condition.”

“Absolutely disgusted with the quality of flowers, turned up dried and fit for the bin some 72 hours later, delivered late for a 70th birthday. Poor communication in handling my complaint. I would advise anyone using this company to AVOID AVOID AVOID. Needless to say i will never use EFlorist again as they do not deliver on any part of the contract.”
