“Flowers arrived mid afternoon. Would have preferred them earlier as they were for my wife’s birthday. Regarding the flowers I was disappointed, they were desperate for water. Will use another florist in future. Not good value for the money”

“They were delivered on time and my friend was delighted with them. I haven’t seen them so can’t comment but she was thrilled. She wasn’t home when they arrived so they were left by the front door which gave me an anxious afternoon but all turned out well. She was happy so I am.”

“Ordered flowers on Wednesday night for my Mum. They arrived Thursday very well packaged, along with a free box of chocolates! Mum was delighted with it all! Flowers came in bud so she’s looking forward to them opening up.”

“Unfortunately the bunch of flowers I received for my partner looked nothing like the bunch you advertised, other than a small scaled down version, I’ve never seen such small roses, I guess if an offer looks to good it usually is.”

“If the bouquet that I received was a large one, I don,t want to buy a small one. Also the free chocolates were a waste of time with 3 sweets in the box.”

“I sent my daughter flowers for her special birthday as she lives in the UK far away from me. She said it was a very bright, cheerful and a large beautiful bouquet of flowers. It was extra special as it arrived on a rather rainy day. Since the pandemic it seems that customer service is gone by the wayside and therefore your exceptional service and prompt delivery was very much appreciated. Thank you!”

“An appalling service, they took the money then emailed me to say they couldn't supply what they had advertised so would send an alternative, but I would have to agree by 4 pm, however no means of agreeing or disagreeing in the communication and now a week later and they haven't delivered anything or returned the money back into my Account. The Customer Service email they advertised is not recognised, a total scam and wouldn't recommend to anyone”

“I realise that I requested same day delivery, but you offered it. I accepted your suggested substitute when you said you could not supply the flowers I originally ordered, but what delivered was not close to what you suggested. Comparison photo below. What was delivered looks very amateur.”
