Good website and easy to order. Good communication .Delivered on time and left in shed as nobody home at the time. Great packaging and good quality flowers delivered in bud as described. Many thanks.

Easy to order flowers on their website. Great choice of bouquets. My bouquet came with free chocolate ! Delivery was on time. Kept you informed about the bouquet’s progress. Beautiful flowers ! Eflorist come highly recommended !

Order accepted and then cancelled too late to order same day elsewhere - third time it has happened and so won’t use again I’m afraid

the order came just in time for my mums birthday and she loved the flowers. I loved how it contained a little instruction manual on how to take care of the flowers. and everything was packaged beautifully. even the person who delivered it was so thoughtful and made sure to read the delivery options incase we couldn’t hear the door. For the price of it all it exceeded my expectations for sure !!

Have used before and always had good service and delivered on time. However, ordered the flowers with plenty of time for friends 60th Birthday. They did NOT arrive on friends birthday, they arrived at 17.30 hrs the following day, so missed my friends special birthday. Very disappointed, unfortunately won’t use again. No update to say delayed, arrived over 24 hours late.

Birthday flowers were not delivered on the chosen day, but a day later in the late evening. Bouquet was nice and the recipient was happy to get it, but it was not on the day it was meant to be delivered. No info from eFlorist or delivery company though, I had to chase them myself to get the generic feedback of "oh, we have 95% success rate with delivery on the chosen date but we sometimes are late, teehee, don't worry, flowers are going to be fine". So the flowers were lovely and matching the photo, but the customer service and delivery flopped.

APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE & RIP OFF. I RECOMMEND YOU SHOULD NEVER USE THIS SERVICE I filled out and checked all the details then changed the date by one day. I missed that this had changed the recipient address to my own. No confirmation display of details after I clicked the order button. I realised my mistake immediately and within seconds contacted customer services. They told me it was impossible to rectify or cancel even though I had the order no. They then delayed as I complained further until the order was confirmed. They say as soon as the order is placed a package print request is directly sent to the supplier that they cannot intervene with. They have a computer system and an order number, yet in this day and age they cannot intervene to rectify a simple mistake? They did not want to and just took my money. I had to use a more reliable service. Net result was my Sister got her birthday flowers a day late and I had to pay for a bunch of flowers which came to my own home that I didn't want. I WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN AND I RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT EITHER !!!

We’re late in delivery. Courier didn’t knock at house. I got a message to say left behind fence in front garden. Informed the recipient to look outside as no delivery card left. Message written on a plain sheet of paper as birthday card apparently out of stock. No chocs or mini Baileys included. It had been raining all day so ground very wet so package very soggy. Not the nice birthday gift as advertised.

Arrived (finally) late on the night of 17th November, when they should have arrived on the 15th November. They were for a special 70th birthday. I even had to make a telephone call to you that they had not arrived on 15th. Will not use you again and will not recommend you. Mrs. Gillian Reynolds.

Hello, Yes generally happy with a Big But, my flowers were a bit lack lustre, 3 big carnation heads were broken away from the stem, a broken stem with no flower, and the next day I felt they were going Over, and I had to throw them away by the 5th day. So not impressed. My other order, I dont know whether their flowers lasted any better than mine, dont like to ask!Mrs C Burge

Flowers were lovely, reasonable price and delivered on time. Kept me up to date on delivery etc. Also easy to order on the internet and I am not very computer literate, so will definitely order again
