“Thank you so much for the beautiful flowers delivered to my Aunt in Essex (Danbury, Chelmsford). I am always anxious about ordering flowers from overseas but I have ordered twice from you now and have been impressed both times. Your service is wonderful, delivered on time and in great condition, not to mention how beautifully they were presented. “Wanted my flowers delivered in school time but after sending numerous emails to try and make this happen, I was just meet with a brick wall off No, no help or advice to sort it just very abrupt one line replies, very unhelpful, and didn’t seem bothered they was for an anniversary. Flowers where abit disappointing, as was not a bigger bunch I was expecting for the money paid and could off really got a bunch like that from a supermarket for less the price. On day off delivery I received no time on delivery, so just had to wait till I got a thank you reply of my wife. in the end had to txt to find out what was happening with the flowers and delivery. Cannot say I was happy with the overall experience.”
