“Flowers were gorgeous but smaller than expected (nothing to compare the photo to). Order was supposed to include a box of chocolates but they were missing. Have emailed but no response.”

“Very disappointed with the delivered product. In no way the quantity as in the photo used in the advert (See attached 2 photos) AND I paid for the largest delivery. Deffo NOT worth £31.98.”

“Delivery was late afternoon - I was afraid the flowers would have wilted but they were ok. The flowers, although pretty, were nothing like the ones I had ordered (Shades of Autumn) Far fewer flowers so a bit disappointing.”

“Ordered flowers for a Golden Wedding anniversary 3 days in advance but delivered a day after the requested day. When delivered the courier Yodel dropped them over the garden gate and left them in the rain without telling the recipient they were there. The tracking of the delivery showed the courier had 179 deliveries to make that day, hardly hand delivered by a local florist as your advert states, When the recipient found rain soaked box of flowers (I was able to tell them they had been delivered) gone past the bud state due to time in transit for 2 days "at the local depot". The flowers thankfully recovered after 24 hours in some water and looked very nice. Pity so let down by the delivery system.”

“Flowers were delivered on time by the day promised according to your tracking updates, but have had no response from recipient so do not know if they arrived in one piece or if the recipient liked them? Suggest in future that the driver takes a photo of the flowers at the nominated address. Just a thought!”

“Ordered for a work colleague as a thank you. She was over the moon with them, and brightened her rather unhappy week. She has just sent me this picture of them however, and sad to see some are drooping and dying alreaady, when these should have been in bud form on delivery?”

“The only good thing was the flowers turned up on time. The delivery driver was useless. Couldn't understand basic English when he phoned me, he didn't know the area he was delivering to. And to be honest the flowers were nothing special”

“despite the advert saying same day delivery, or deliver the next day ? it didn't happen. Yes I was called by the customer service but was told the florist couldn't do it, so despite the clear slogan and advertisement, it doesn't happen in all areas disappointed but managed to get some elsewhere”

“The flowers were very nice, bright colours as ordered but sadly my order didn't get sent on the day I requested & I had to chase them up. However, the company was helpful, they apologised immediately, refunded the delivery charge & delivered the flowers the following day.”
