“I send 50 long stemmed roses and a box of Lindt chocolates to my friend last week for her birthday. They were absolutely amazingly quality and looks. Absolutely great value for money and on time! Thank you SO much. You guys did a great job. I will definitely use you in future!!”

“Ordering from florist was so easy. I was kept informed all along the way from the time l ordered until the day of delivery fantastic customer service. The flowers were absolutely beautiful so fresh and nicely presented, my sister was delighted. Will definitely be using florist again.”

“The flowers are beautiful & were delivered on time . Only problem was with the payment - an error message came up , so I paid a different way - only to find minutes later thst I had ordered twice . I tried to cancel immediately, but was told this wasn’t possible, it spoiled my experience.”

“Ordered for next day delivery a gift for someone who had just come out of hospital. Arrived next day just after 8.30am. I had forgotten to add the free box of chocolates so I texted after I had placed my order and they also arrived with the flowers. Very pleased . Thank you”

“Sent the flowers as a surprise gift. Sadly they didn't arrive with a personalised card as pre ordered, so it ruined the surprise element as we had to tell them who they were from. I expected more flowers than came for the price we paid. The flowers were in bud so lasted a long time.”

“Hugely disappointed with the recent bouquet of flowers I ordered for my mother’s 80th birthday. Ordered a large bouquet, which I understand comes in bud but even after a couple of days looked like a small bouquet, bearing in mind this is worth £50 . They were not well presented and didn’t even have any gypsaphelia to pad them out.”

“Very disappointed with the flowers, upgraded to the medium thinking the small would not be enough but on receipt i would have guessed they were the small option. No complaints about the quality of the flowers just the quantity. As they were for a birthday present we were too embarrassed to just give these so went out and bough an orchid as well. We have bought from other suppliers in the past with no problems, will not be using Eflorist again.”

“The flowers turned up dead, with no water on them. I complained and was told to put them in water and leave them for 48 hours!!! They were already dead! I asked for a refund, but got no reply. Never again!!”

“Was so bad after 48 hours of flowers supposed to be out for delivery . Then said delivered . We did not receive these flowers that had been on van 48 hours and get no reply as to where or what happened to them . I thought it was a SCAM until reading other reviews .”

“I was drawn to Eflorist because of the wide range and formats of flower gifts and, since it was Black Friday, the amazing price, I sent a large bouquet of freesias and roses for a 70th birthday . The ordering process was simple, I was kept informed as to the status of my delivery, upto the final message to say the flowers had been delivered on the date requested. My sister in law reported how beautiful they were and a week later, still looking fresh and giving pleasure. Certainly gives me confidence to use Eflorist again.”
