“The flowers turned up dead, with no water on them. I complained and was told to put them in water and leave them for 48 hours!!! They were already dead! I asked for a refund, but got no reply. Never again!!”

“Was so bad after 48 hours of flowers supposed to be out for delivery . Then said delivered . We did not receive these flowers that had been on van 48 hours and get no reply as to where or what happened to them . I thought it was a SCAM until reading other reviews .”

“I was drawn to Eflorist because of the wide range and formats of flower gifts and, since it was Black Friday, the amazing price, I sent a large bouquet of freesias and roses for a 70th birthday . The ordering process was simple, I was kept informed as to the status of my delivery, upto the final message to say the flowers had been delivered on the date requested. My sister in law reported how beautiful they were and a week later, still looking fresh and giving pleasure. Certainly gives me confidence to use Eflorist again.”

“After a bumpy start with Amazon not being able to find the address, EForist sent another bunch of flowers that were delivered the next day and were really great my 97-year-old friend said. Thank you for good customer service.”

“Very easy to use Eflorist from ordering on their web page. Always being kept in the loop as to what stage your order is to time of delivery. Always delivered on day requested and recipient’s were well pleased with their flowers, always fresh and well packed. Loads of choice of flowers and very well priced. Have used Eflorist now for a couple of times and if this service continues will carry on being an Eflorist customer.”
