“The service was excellent friendly and caring the driver even waiter for my brother-in-law to come down 3 flights of stairs, and wished my Mum Happy birthday as the flowers were for for her. They were beautiful, my Mum loved them. I am also because that using your company again for a thank you to my friend, which I know will be fantastic Thank for a wonderful service and personal staff.”

“The flowers arrived without the chocolates or the message . Customer support were as joke and only offered to send the message by email which I declined as it was too late. Won’t be using again”

“I can't say enough good things about EFlorist! I rely on them for sending beautiful floral arrangements to my Girlfriend . Their website makes finding the perfect bouquet so easy with tons of photos, flower choices, vase options, and arrangement styles. I especially love EFlorist's customized floral designs - like being able to pick your loved one's favorite flowers and colors for a personalized arrangement. It's always delivered looking absolutely stunning and puts the biggest smile on the recipient's face! EFlorist also offers same day delivery on many arrangements which has totally saved me when I almost forgot a birthday or anniversary. Their excellent customer service team is so friendly and helpful anytime I have special requests or questions when ordering. On top of the gorgeous, creative floral designs and convenient online ordering, EFlorist's prices are very affordable. The high quality and beautiful presentation always seems to impress way above the price tag paid. Overall working with EFlorist has made gift-giving so much easier and always brings joy to my friends and family across the miles. “See attached image of what we recd to what we ordered. Nothing alike apart form the colours I suppose! The flowers were worse than those at petrol station! Deffo not worth the money as your quality is awful!”

“The flowers and gifts arrived separately. Gifts were a day late and flowers three days late. The card was with the flowers, so the recipient didn't know who had sent gifts, from a florist, without flowers or any indication who had sent them. Really embarrassing and very poor service. PLEASE AVOID! They also hand pick good reviews for there website and claim to have a 5 star rating! Pretty scammy.”

“when you order there is an extra slightly surprising box that allows you to pay an extra fee for making sure that the flowers arrived on time I did pay this somewhat reluctantly, but the flowers still did not arrive on the right day and as it was a birthday this was a bit of a disaster. disappointed and I doubt I will use e-florist again”
