“Fabulous selection, at many different prices. Lots of delivery options and delivery was on time despite horrendous weather. The flowers were carefully packaged and arrived safe and ready to arrange. I did not have to do any returns or refunds. I have recommended the company to friends and I will be ordering again soon.”

“Flowers didnt arrive until well after 6pm on the day after they were due. When I emailed re there whereabouts I was quoted the standard 'terms and conditions' spiel. Very disappointing service as it was for a lovely elderly lady who suffers from dementia to mark her birthday.”

“Disgrace!!! Emailed me at 14:00 on the day of delivery on our anniversary saying they couldnt deliver. Why didnt they let me know earlier!! Thanks for ruining my wifes anniversary!! Disgusted!! Amy in customer services was useless, when i told her how dissatisfied i was and that i would write a 1* review, this is the response i received 'Thank you for your email. Please confirm if a refund would be more suitable at this time? We are sorry for any disappointment caused on this occasion.' They deserve more bad reviews if this is how they respond to ruining occasions like this. Disgrace!!”

“I thought eflora offered good value for money, I have not given 5 stars as I was unable to order next day flowers despite ordering before the cut off time of 9pm. Delivery driver rang and told me that the address was wrong but he was incorrect and did manage to deliver. Recipient happy with flowers although I never saw them. Would use this company again.”

“Well flowers beautiful but delivery and customer service has little to be desired. Wanted Flowers delivered on a certain day in fine print up to 2 day’s delivery but when you place your order it gives you a day that it will be delivered on. On day of supposed delivery the day I wanted and counted on I got an email from E florist saying I should get a confirmation email from shipping agent by 1 pm telling me the time of my delivery up to 9pm that night. Well didn’t get any emails after 1 so contacted E Florist by email all other ways could not get through get an email later from customer service telling me about the up-to 2 days delivery and was fobbed off with that. I say buy flowers from a company that delivers when you need them to.”

“I have ordered from Eflorist on numerous occasions more than happy. Unfortunately this order was cancelled on dispatch but once I got intouch with customer service support they immediately arranged for another bouquet to be sent, which was successful. I would use these again”

“You don’t get what you pay for with Eflorist, I paid £50 for the luxury bouquet and received about £10 worth. You rely on the pictures when you buy online but these are misleading, and the flowers that you receive are nothing like the pictures and they don’t last 5 days never mind 7 days. Most of the negative ratings for this company are saying the same issues so DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY as you will be disappointed.”
