“the service you provide is excellent… the delivery was bang on time and the flowers where beautiful… my disappointment came with offer of free chocolates… i’d rather you didn’t offer this… a box of Lindor… that seemed like an extra treat for her… but a box of only THREE!!! come on… that was embarrassing from my part as it seemed i had been a bit tight fisted… if i were buying her chocolates too it would have been a proper sized box…”

“First time order for a friend. Was a little nervous as have not ordered before mail order flowers. They turned up very well packaged, and friend says they are beautiful and lasting well, so thank you. And better value than usual interflora. Thank you”

“Terrible service. Ordered two days in advance for a special occasion and then at the last minute was advised the flowers would be delivered the day after I wanted. When you do contact them you just get standard pre-written responses and they refuse to cancel or refund the order. The flowers are actually delivered by Amazon and then did actually turn up on the evening I had wanted despite telling me otherwise. The delivery driver left them on the doorstep without knocking and they were severely wilted by the time they were found. The “customer service” team were still sending out standard responses apologising for them being late because they hadn’t bothered to actually check the order. Very frustrating and stressful experience from a company who do not care. Use them at your peril. I certainly won’t ever again. Looked nothing like the picture either.”

“This plant was bought for a 94 year lady in England, I live in Australia, she was so happy with it a lovely yellow rose, said it was beautiful and was enjoying the chocolates that came as a free gift. My only disappointment was I received no e mail to say it had been delivered and living in Australia on a different time. You would of got 5 stars if I had received an e mail”

“I have placed a few orders with this company to be delivered to various reasons to different addresses over the last few years. Every order has been delivered on time and the recipients have all been highly delighted and all commented how friendly the delivery staff were. Every bouquet has been beautiful and the flowers lasted a long time. I will definitely be using EFlorist again and would highly recommend. The web page is easy to use and the prices are good, quality is great.”

“l have used eflorist twice in last couple of weeks and response from recipients was very good , One said they lasted longer than there regular local florist who they use regularly. one delivered to Bognor Regis and the other in Bude Cornwall. l am in norfolk”

“Ordered flowers for 70th birthday. Payed extra to make sure will be delivered on the day. Birthday girl was at home flowers was never delivered. Contacted Eflorist 4 times no reply they blocked my email. Absolutely disgusting never order from them”

“I ordered flowers for my nan, the flowers turned up beautiful, got a free box of chocolates which was amazing. Was good value for money. I was also able to track when they would arrive and was notified once they did arrive. Overall an amazing experience! Definitely going to order again”
