“I recently sent an anniversary bouquet to my son and daughter in law. The flowers were lovely so thought she would love them and my son could enjoy the free chocolates but there were only 3! Very disappointed!”

“EFlorist wasn’t my first choice for sending flowers to mark the final day of my friend’s chemotherapy, unfortunately I had ordered flowers from M&S that never arrived, not what you would expect from such a large company. So I was a bit nervy about ordering from a company that I didn’t know, however I needn’t have worried, the order went very smoothly, the delivery was exactly when they said it would be, they even sent a full size card (not a token slip) my friend was so happy to receive a beautiful orchid, bottle of wine and some free Lindt chocolates all of which made me very happy, my only regret is I didn’t use EFlorist in the first place.”

“3rd time I have ordered from EFlorist and the flowers have arrived on time and are beautiful. My only problem was with the last order and I did it in a rush and missed where to put the message for the recipient. When I realised and emailed customer service it was too late to add. This wasn't long after placing the order. However it was my fault for missing it.”
