“Flower bunch smaller than expected and the box was damaged, flowers of average standard. other suppliers offer a lot better quality of goods, the free gift is a total waste of time very very very small. not sure i would use this company again”

“My flowers were for my sister, Sadly she had no idea who they were from, the card I typed wasn’t in the parcel. I even contacted you to make sure the parcel was delivered to the correct place no help at all. The most important part of the flowers was t received. I would use you again as the flowers were lovely and the delivery was good. Sorry to moan but it took her the whole day to find out.”

“Amazing flowers....... exceeded expectations. delivered on time and my wife was over the moon with them. I had read some negative reviews after ordering and was a little worried about my order. but when it arrived I was very impressed and my wife loved them. had a minor issue with my tracking number not being sent by the courier, contacted Customer services and the issue was resolved in 5 minutes. brilliant service, brilliant delivery and most importantly brilliant flowers”
