“As far as ordering is concerned it is a very straightforward process and there is a really good choice of flowers. The issue that I have is that these were a gift and I didn't receive any notification from e florist had actually delivered the item.”

“I was a little bit skeptical given that I’m over seas in the US and was sending flowers to my significant other. However, I can say that EFlorist will definitely have my business again! The flowers were absolutely stunning and the card attached was handwritten, which definitely had a bit more personalisation to the experience! Thank you EFlorist!”

“I always use EFlorist to send flowers to the UK, they have never failed me with product & delivery. Have been using them for over 7 years now. Highly recommend them, variety of flowers & pricing is very good & most times end with free chocolates to go with delivery. Usually organise flowers for Easter & Christmas & birthdays for friends & relations approximately 15 in total all delivered on specified time & am notified re delivery status. Excellent service Always order online”

“Was not very happy with EFlorist, my total order came to £39. When they arrived. Half of the flowers were practically dead, I also ordered a vase and the the vase was all scratched, wasted £39 on flowers that ended up going in the bin.”

“Received 6 flowers in a bunch that costed £18.99. Really disappointed. The flowers didn’t look like the picture. The delivery was also left outside in the rain where the box was ruined and so were the chocolates that I had requested as well. These flowers were meant to be a surprise for my mum who deserves it very much, but instead they were a complete and utter rip off. Absolutely no way will I be purchasing anything from eflorist again. Really upset with my experience with them. I definitely would never recommend them at all. Save your money.”

“Order and delivery process was easy and delivered on time by a very friendly courier. Quality of flowers was lacking, half have died within a couple of days and the rest are wilting by day four despite being kept in a cool environment. There was also no plant food sachet included which is unusual for delivered flowers. We have had better quality from other florists.”

“Couldn't fault the service and quality of flowers that were delivered in less than 24 hours of ordering them. Packing was perfect and not a single flower was damaged (chocolates were a nice addition too!)... Will definitely be using EFlorist again...”
