“Flowers eventually arrived at destination and satisfied with the presentation. However, has a email to suggest they were delivered..not the case. A day later, they arrived and delivered by a manager of an Elderly people's home two roads from the address? Earlier in the year, has the same message for my anniversary..delivered..which was not the case. Sent a photo on the two occasions showing where they left the flowers..not the intended address!!! First time received refund..didn't make up for the error. Second time sent a complaint followed by advising the second order was delivered..but not by the courier. Got an email back with a sorry I didn't get the flowers? The delivery company...Y**el* failed twice to deliver to the correct address and the emails are obviously not read. The second lot delivered by the elderly people's home was impressive. Ordering was straight forward.Two occasions, not delivered on time at the correct address..As long as they go through this courier company, I have no confidence placing another order going forward. Very disappointed.”

“The bouquet arrived well packed. The flowers were very much alive and needed just a little water once in the vase to look just as good as the photo on the website. The birthday girl was well impressed.”

“the size of the bouquet was the same as a £6 bunch from morrisons ...what a rip off !! I wouldn't be at all surprised if your bought supermarket bunch and just re packaged !”

“Hi there, partly my own fault as I didnt read that you sent your flowers by courier. When I got the delivery time for the flowers of 4pm-6pm, which I thought was a bit late considering I had ordered them the previous day, I tried to rearrange delivery as I was having them delivered to my wifes work address (which was obvious from the address I gave) for her 40th birthday and ahe wouldnt b there that late. I was told that as they were out for delivery they couldnt do anything and couldnt help! Surely they have a number for the driver/courier? As a result my wife did not get her flowers until the following day which by that time had wilted somewhat.. so not a great overall experience and I will not be using the service again.”
