“STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY!!!!!!! An absolute disappointment considering it was the first time i ordered from this website. It’s an absolute disgrace. I should have listened to the reviews rather than give the benefit of the DOUBT. The flowers arrived in a smaller bunch than what was ordered and they look NOTHING ALIKE. Stay away if you value your money guys. This is absolutely disgusting. Never been so disappointed in my life - they were for a friend’s birthday.”

“Ordered flowers for my mums birthday and was very disappointed. They looked like a cheap bunch of flowers you would get from a petrol station. The box was soggy and crushed at one end 3 of the flowers no longer had the heads attached and what was left was a £5.00 bunch of cheap looking tatty flowers. A complete waste of money.”

“Beautiful flowers delivered as requested with bonus of chocolates! Couldn't ask for more as we could travel to Warwick from Yorkshire, but then meeting the birthday girl was not allowed so next best thing.”

“I would have given 10 stars if I could! An amazing experience, the amount of choice, ease of ordering, payment options are fantastic. I even out the wrong door number I called on the day of delivery and after confirming a few details the house number was changed. The lady was so bright and friendly and very efficient. I will 100% use their service again. Thank You xx”

“Very bad disappointing bouquet of flowers, you advertised bouquet of flowers with free box of chocolates, I ordered it to be send as an anniversary present to my friend, the box was battered, the card bend and no chocolate, I complained so they send it again a little better but again no box of chocolate, what you advertised is misleading to your customers. Never again and I will definitely not recommend you to anyone.”

“The flowers i ordered for my fiancée have come and they look nothing like they do on the picture.. I also added the candle and it came with the chocolates instead! I am so disappointed with them. Won’t be ordering again!”

“For nearly £32 Inc delivery and a 'free' box of 4 chocolates my wife received a small bunch of flowers that frankly I could have bought from my local Spar shop for a fiver! I've emailed several times to complain but no response at all. Rip off!!!!”

“The delivery service was very quick but the flowers were not what I expected they looked like something I picked up from a reduced section in a shop. Quite disappointed as they were from my mums 40th Birthday. Not sure if all the flowers are like this but I wouldn’t recommend the 18 roses. I have uploaded a picture of what you expect to what you get.”
