“I have just recieved a text message from Yodel saying that due to operational issues that my flowers wont be delivered for another 24 hours. I am not accepting this as i was assured they would be delivered today. Unless this is rectified i will take to social media about my experience with your company. You gladly took my order and my money so i expect to get what i paid for. Please get back to me asap to get this resolved. Thank You Marion McBride”

“Seems this is the only way to get your attention Eflorist. I ordered flowers last week for my mother's birthday. They DID NOT arrive on the day specifially paid for in terms of Next Day Delivery. You were kind enough to refund the delivery fee of £6 (I am still waiting for this to be refunded FYI after a week of waiting). I suspect this wasn't the case at all. However, the flowers arrived late the next day and they were truly awful quailty. They were wilted, leaves brown and looked very sad for themselves. Obviously sat in the van overnight. I have sent 2 photos already to your registerd customer services email and you replied and suggested you'd send more flowers! Totally not what I wanted so I took the option of a full refund. Needless to say I have heard nothing since. No reply to my daily email asking for my refund. ANSWERS WANTED: 1. Why does your live chat function not work 2. Why do you NEVER pick up the phone 3. Why say you'll refund when you clearly won't be 4. Why won't you respond to my emails 5. When will I get my refund This is so frustrating. I have placed reviews elsewhere also. I would like to remove those when I get a suitable response.”

“I took a chance on ordering from this company and I am glad I did. My Daughter and Grandaughter were absolutely delighted. It was very important to me that they were beautiful a it was for my Grandaughters 18th Birthday and me and my husband are stranded in New Zealand and not able to see her. The overall service, price and delivery were 5*. Thank you so much.”
