“Great flowers and customer service. Forgot to put message on flowers I was sending, emailed them and they put the message on for me and replied that they had done it. My friend was very pleased with her bouquet. I was kept informed of the whole process, including that they had been delivered”

“Easy to order and quality of flowers was good. My only concern was that whilst I paid extra for guaranteed next day delivery they didn't arrive until 8pm. These flowers were for a birthday surprise so being late sort of ruined the surprise. If I had known that the delivery was going to be late I would not have ordered. If I had the option of paying extra for a morning delivery I would have paid for it.”

“Easy to order, prices very reasonable, delivery swift. I haven’t seen the flowers myself but my friend, just home from having an operation, was overjoyed with them. Which tells me they were as beautiful as the picture on line. Thank you.”

“the prices for what you get is very much value compared to many other places, they make it up nicely too, however if you want flowers to be hand delivered properly then this place is not the one otherwise it is”

“The parcel arrived a day after the scheduled delivery date, it was partially damaged and opened. The flowers looked "tired". The previous package I ordered from you was much better. Not your fault probably.”

“I was disappointed that I did not receive any tracking email from the delivery courier as stated when I ordered the flowers. It was purely via an email enquiry to customer services that I was informed the flowers were delivered. Also, the recipient of the flowers put out a message on Facebook to ask who sent the flowers - sadly, the message card was not delivered with the flowers! I hope my other order for Sept will be more successful!!! Very disappointed!”

“I have been sending flowers from EFlorist for years and all my recipients have been delighted with them. Having asked some recipients if they were just being kind, they assured me that they were genuinely delighted. My only complaint is that I have never been able to use the code for a discount! It is always rejected as either out of date or already used . This I don't understand .”

“I’ve never used Eflorist before but the person who received them as a surprise thank you from me said the flowers were beautiful. At first she thought someone was playing a joke on her as the flowers were “asleep” she thought they were dead!! Now they have blossomed to life they are stunning 👏👏”
