“I have messaged before but had no ansa I ordered flowers from u to be d liveried on 26/08/23 and I paid for the large bunch but there wasn’t many in there and they were half dead and by the mon they were dead and in the bin I am not a happy customer and would like a refund plz”

“Flowers were lovely but delivery was later than expected. They seemed to be a long time with the couriers. I haven’t had this problem before so presume it’s down to the change of couriers.”

“Very disappointed with delivery ordered for special date for anniversary which was confirmed then your delivery company sent a message saying they will be delivering day after people were away so if you have a special occasion do not use this florist”

“I paid extra for next day delivery and Yodel had my delivery the day it was ordered according to the email i received but no it was delivered the day after it was supposed to be delivered. Never i am i going to use this company again”

“Ordered a letterbox bunch for a friend Was delivered on the day I sent, had very helpful updates where it was and when it was delivered. My friend sent me a photo of them on the day and can honestly say they looked lovely and fresh, she was so very pleased with them. Will definitely order again!”
