“Very poor service. Flowers not arranged in a bouquet, this was not made clear at the point of order. Flowers did not arrive on f so oecified day as the carrier cancelled the delivery. The ‘free’ box of chocolates contained four chocolates. I will never use this company again.”

“Loved the speed at which eflorist could deliver...so far so good. Chose a beautiful summery handtied bunch. What arrived was far from the photograph. I emailed eflorist who said that the flowers were in bud wait a little longer. The next day the gerberas had flopped and the rose was dropping petals. I again emailed with further photos and without quibble was offered a refund which I took.”

“The website was easy to follow and the beautiful flowers arrived the next pack morning at about 10:45. They were packed while still in bud in a strong cardboard box to protect them on their journey. They ŵere very nice as my wife unpacked them and they improved over the next few days as they became acclimatisd to their new home Most people who havè visited us since the flowers arrived havè said how lovely they looked and one person just had to photograph them”

“I was very happy with the ordering process and delivery, my daughter was very pleased, however, perhaps alittle disappointed in the size of the arrangement £45.98 Also I had used Eflorist before and it says you get £6 off your next order, but no where to add this.”

“I was very disappointed with your service. My sister was not home when the bouquet was delivered. It was left on the doorstep in a cardboard box with no water to keep it fresh. By the time my sister returned the flowers had begun to wilt. Very embarrassing for me !!! I ordered from you thinking I would receive professional service. You need to review your delivery methods.”

“Ordered some Flowers and chocolates for Anniversary. Paid extra for next day, and also used upgrade option on flowers. Turned up at 5:30pm left outside the door on the floor. The flowers were overpriced and came with 3 chocolates. I would never use eflorist again.”
