“My same day flower delivery didn’t happen. I had to chase it up and was then told they couldn’t find a florist to do my order. I was unhappy I wasn’t contacted about this . A refund was given quickly which was the only good thing really.”

“Ordered 07:00 the day before and paid top P&P. Flowers were delivered 35 hours later after she had left work. Had to give them to her the day after her Birthday.”

“After ordering for my daughters Birthday and Anniversary and paying the extra to have the flowers delivered on the right day I was informed that they would be delivered on the following day .My daughter received them at 9.01pm on the Thursday instead of the Wednesday and to make matters worse the delivery driver was beeping his horn outside of where she lives. this did not go down well with the people that were in the vicinity. ie family and visitors. I will never use Eflorist again if that is how they treat there customers who expect a delivery on the correct day.”

“I ordered a large bouquet of flowers which came with a free box of chocolates. (Looking at pictures thought it was a box of chocolates NO three chocolate’s. Very deceiving ) If the flowers were meant to be large I dread to think what the medium and small ones were like. Hardly any and lasted about three days. Total disappointment for a 60th birthday. Not impressed.”

“My sister in law Elizabeth Coppini was very happy with the roses and /Lillies,with chocolates and bubbly. She was over the moon on her 80th birthday when they arrived on time. I will definitely use you again in the future. Thank you so very much for helping me make her day very special. Louise Josephine Dauncey. “The flowers were dead within three days, in spite of their being put into fresh water upon arrival. I was very disappointed as they were for my wife on our 50th Wedding Anniversary. Won't recommend your firm.”
