“Ordered 07:00 the day before and paid top P&P. Flowers were delivered 35 hours later after she had left work. Had to give them to her the day after her Birthday.”

“After ordering for my daughters Birthday and Anniversary and paying the extra to have the flowers delivered on the right day I was informed that they would be delivered on the following day .My daughter received them at 9.01pm on the Thursday instead of the Wednesday and to make matters worse the delivery driver was beeping his horn outside of where she lives. this did not go down well with the people that were in the vicinity. ie family and visitors. I will never use Eflorist again if that is how they treat there customers who expect a delivery on the correct day.”

“I ordered a large bouquet of flowers which came with a free box of chocolates. (Looking at pictures thought it was a box of chocolates NO three chocolate’s. Very deceiving ) If the flowers were meant to be large I dread to think what the medium and small ones were like. Hardly any and lasted about three days. Total disappointment for a 60th birthday. Not impressed.”

“My sister in law Elizabeth Coppini was very happy with the roses and /Lillies,with chocolates and bubbly. She was over the moon on her 80th birthday when they arrived on time. I will definitely use you again in the future. Thank you so very much for helping me make her day very special. Louise Josephine Dauncey. “The flowers were dead within three days, in spite of their being put into fresh water upon arrival. I was very disappointed as they were for my wife on our 50th Wedding Anniversary. Won't recommend your firm.”

“I like eflorist and always buy flowers from here for my mum. They have good selection of flowers that last long for a good price and are always prompt on their delivery. Did have slight hiccup with one delivery but they sent me a replacement which was great. Their customer service was also good when I needed to get in touch.”

“"I had a fantastic experience with eFlorist! They played a crucial role in making my wife's birthday extra special. Unfortunately we couldnt celebrate my wifes' birthday together . She works for NHS UK and i resides in Sri Lanka . The process of ordering flowers and having them delivered was incredibly smooth and hassle-free. The flowers they sent were not only stunning but also incredibly fresh, and they brought a smile to my wife's face .I was particularly impressed by the punctuality of the delivery; it arrived right on time. “I have used many florist to send flowers to the Uk in the past and have always been disappointed. This is the first time nothing went wrong. I sent two bouquets, one to my aunt and one to my cousin. I was given delivery times for both and they were delivered as promised. The boutiques I had chosen looked exactly as advertised. Both the recipients were thrilled. I can’t tell you how pleased I am with your company. You deliver what you advertise and you made me look so good. Thank you I will be keeping your address in a safe place for future use”

“I always use EFlorist when I send flowers. They are usually in bud so they last a long time. They’re always delivered in time and sometimes you get a free little box of chocolates too. They are very reasonably priced to, do you can tray more people, more often.”
