“I like eflorist and always buy flowers from here for my mum. They have good selection of flowers that last long for a good price and are always prompt on their delivery. Did have slight hiccup with one delivery but they sent me a replacement which was great. Their customer service was also good when I needed to get in touch.”

“"I had a fantastic experience with eFlorist! They played a crucial role in making my wife's birthday extra special. Unfortunately we couldnt celebrate my wifes' birthday together . She works for NHS UK and i resides in Sri Lanka . The process of ordering flowers and having them delivered was incredibly smooth and hassle-free. The flowers they sent were not only stunning but also incredibly fresh, and they brought a smile to my wife's face .I was particularly impressed by the punctuality of the delivery; it arrived right on time. They have delivered it with Complementary gift . They were responsive, courteous, and clearly dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction. “I have used many florist to send flowers to the Uk in the past and have always been disappointed. This is the first time nothing went wrong. I sent two bouquets, one to my aunt and one to my cousin. I was given delivery times for both and they were delivered as promised. The boutiques I had chosen looked exactly as advertised. Both the recipients were thrilled. I can’t tell you how pleased I am with your company. You deliver what you advertise and you made me look so good. Thank you I will be keeping your address in a safe place for future use”

“I always use EFlorist when I send flowers. They are usually in bud so they last a long time. They’re always delivered in time and sometimes you get a free little box of chocolates too. They are very reasonably priced to, do you can tray more people, more often.”

“Service is fantastic, delivery was on point. Never had to refund due to fantastic service. Price is absolutely superb, the flowers last so long and most importantly the wife loved them. So hopefully she will enjoy a lot more in the future. Great customer journey”

“Wrong flowers sent that I paid for and only knew this as asked friend to email picture. Then had to contact customer services and sent correct ones but still not exact quantity stated on order and without the free chocolates on the original offer. Not using them again 😡”

“The website and the promise is better than the delivery and the presentation. Delivery 2/5 - I couldn't get a delivery time. Throughout the day I got notifications that the flowers left the depot at 10.30am and were going to be delivered today, which I appreciated at first, but started to worry when they still hadn't arrived by 4pm. They did eventually arrive toward the end of the day but it was too late for our team to present them to the colleague who was going on maternity leave. Presentation 2/5 - the blue cardboard box with delivery stickers is not very glamorous. The wrap is about as high-quality as a petrol station's bouquet. And the flowers are cable-tied in place. The overall presentation simply lacked the premium feel of the website photos. Didn't meet expectations. Flowers 3/5 - the bouquet looked good, but was smaller than I thought and they were not in water as I had expected (from the web pictures), which made me worry they won't be as fresh and vibrant after a few days.”

“Never having used e florist before I was disappointed with your delivery. Several times I had an email saying ‘not delivered’ and I was very concerned that the flowers in a flat pack would be out of water. I am waiting to hear fro my friend as to whether they’ve lasted. The free chocolates didn’t appear!”

“Rubbish never use them again.Ordered flowers for my wife’s anniversary on the Saturday for them to be delivered on the Sunday as it said on there web site they arrived 4 o’clock Monday afternoon I was not impressed so I complained but was told that could take up to 2 days to arrive so why say next day delivery.The best bit was they sat in the couriers warehouse all day on Sunday I know this as they could be track all I got was sorry basically tough no refund or anything bad customer care not impressed”

“Amazing! First time ordering and didn’t fail to deliver per my expectations! Roses were just as I ordered in real life compared to pic, fresh & brand new. Delivered on same day as I wanted. Brill packaging. Will definitely be ordering again.”
