“Only given 4 stars as I didn't actually see the flowers myself! The recipients were very pleased with them and I was informed of progress with delivery at all times. The flowers were good value and I would use the company again. Thank you”

“Really straight forward to order, however, when I got to the checkout, there was nowhere to put my discount code. The flowers were delivered on time and really were beautiful, my niece was very pleased. 😊”

“The flowers were lovely but the delivery service was terrible. The flowers were delivered over 15 hours after arriving at the depot early morning at around 6.00 a.m. They were left outside all night until 8.30 the next morning. Delivery address was obviously business premises so will of course be closed by 10.00 p.m. When at approx 3.00 p.m. I realised they were being delivered later at night it was impossible to add safe place or neighbour. Courier stated they had been posted through letterbox and did not say left outside door. I did not know size of box so presumed and hoped were inside, if I had known were outside I would have driven the 3 miles to rescue them. How long they will last after a cold November night outside I don't know. A real pity as beautiful flowers and lovely presentation. Unfortunately I will not use again unless there is a better delivery service.”

“Delivery was good, I could select a date well in advance and the flowers all arrived intact, which is unlike other experiences I’ve had. I ordered the 50 red roses and I was however under the impression that they would be standard (big) roses not the little rose buds, so I was disappointed to see them after paying £50. But to their defence, I hadn’t read the description of the flowers before purchasing, so that might have stopped me for impulsively buying with alternate expectations.”

“Easy to order online and delivered next day and came with free chocolates, my Mum said the flowers were beautiful. I only left 4 stars instead of 5 due to the courier (Yodel) not delivering until 5pm in the evening, and my mum does not like answering the door when it’s dark.”
