“Lovely flowers and a good service other than the flowers being dropped off at an elderly neighbours house and she told my girlfriend when she handed the flowers over to her that she was so excited when the florist came to her door.......then was told they were for the neighbour......girlfriends phone number was provided if you couldn't get an answer at the door”

“The flowers were lovely and just as I expected. Good value for money, cheered my friend up totally. Appreciate it is a busy time but would have liked more info on delivery as I had to chase up why my delivery didn’t arrive on time. Did get a quick response though.”

“The flowers did not arrive on time but I can't complain when after contacting the company they did refund the delivery charge. Mother in law very happy with the flowers.”

“The flowers were lovely. My only gripe is the delivery. They were sent to a friend for her 90th birthday who lives in a care home. Unfortunately they weren't delivered until late in the evening once she was in bed!”

“It is the second time that I am ordering from you. However I ordered for the next day delivery and the flowers arrived the day after. Also there was apparently an issue with the card that I have not been aware of. At the end of the day my friend was happy and that it’s the most important thing. It would have been nice if you guys offered balloons and some more options for a new baby. Thank you.”

“Easy to use web page; I have used EFlorist many times. The flowers always arrive on time to their destination. On this occassion, I was a little upset that the card that was handwritten with my message was untidy and a spelling error of my name at the bottom, this had tried to be rectified by writing over the top, this looked very scruffy.”

“I ordered a basket for same day delivery but I was contacted because my order wasn’t available and couldn’t be delivered until the next day so wasn’t happy about that but the alternative flowers were still nice and delivered next day. I was told I would be refunded the difference but don’t think I have had a refund yet. But would order again 👍”

“Beautiful flowers I sent to my Mother. My only gripe is I was told the flowers would be delivered on Saturday after 3 pm but delivery wasn’t made until the following Wednesday. Disappointed with this as I told my Mum to expect a delivery, my Mum stayed in all day awaiting for the delivery so I was disappointed”
