I thought eflora offered good value for money, I have not given 5 stars as I was unable to order next day flowers despite ordering before the cut off time of 9pm. Delivery driver rang and told me that the address was wrong but he was incorrect and did manage to deliver. Recipient happy with flowers although I never saw them. Would use this company again.

Flowers arrived on time at lunchtime. I can’t comment further as didn’t actually see the bouquet.

The flowers are lovely and have lasted. Bit disappointed that the delivery time kept moving later and later and later. Other than that I am happy.

Very pleased with the fast service. However, left at the back door instead of the front and only found when someone else knocked to come in.

My mother was delighted with the flowers but disappointed that the accompanying box of Lindt chocolates only contained 3 chocoates!

I found ordering very easy, my friend said flowers were beautiful and fresh on delivery and she was very pleased. So I am also very happy with the service I received, thank you.

First of all if you were sorry about the experience I recieved from e florist you might of had the decensie to of refunded me for 1 of the bouquets. When I placed my order with with yourselves, I went all through the order, when it came to payment your computer system said declined order not taken. Therefore I had to 're order, so the fault I have to say was on your side. However you still took 2 payments from my bank account. I emailed you straight away to explain all this, but you carried on processing 2 bouquets of flowers and sent them out. There was no live chat and no phone number to contact e florist directly, so as you advertise live chat there isn't any. After several emails to e florist they were not very helpful at all, and had plenty of time to cancel 1 bouquet being delivered. I was most disgusted about all this as I feel it could of been resolved and a refund given. So as for the contacting the company and service I recieved I was appalled, and I would NEVER use eflorist again or recommend them to anyone, due to my very poor service I recieved, and very poor communication. As for the flowers I will go to Tescos next time I will get better all round from there. So please don't send me any more emails reference ordering more flowers from you.

Good overall but flowers left outside, better to include leave with neighbour option. Nice flowers, arrived on the selected delivery date

Flowers are good Aunty loved them, but there wasn’t any writing in the card Aunty didn’t know who they were from. My fault initially, but I emailed and was told card and words would be added. They weren’t.
