“Recently ordered the rose bouquet for a relative who has just been bereaved. She was really pleased with the delivery which arrived the day after ordering and the photo she sent me included the free box of chocolates. So pleased with the ease of ordering and the prompt delivery. Many thanks EFlorist.”

“Easy to order and great selection of flowers. Having never received any myself I am unable to comment on the condition and design on arrival but all those who I have arranged a delivery for enjoy the flowers and are extremely grateful. You are kept up to date with the order and delivery.”

“After an initial non-delivery of birthday flowers for my daughter-in-law due to their carrier error, Eflorist responded quickly to my query regarding the non-delivery. They then provided a successful second delivery via a different carrier as soon as possible. Excellent service.”

“My friend was very happy with the flowers and chocolates I sent through you for her birthday. I was surprised that a card was included although I was not asked to pay for it so that was lovely. I was also pleased that the flowers could be delivered on her actual birthday as it was a Sunday Although everything was lovely they were not delivered until after 4 pm. I understand that you don't control the couriers and the flowers did get there on the right day but it was rather later than I would have hoped. I was told by the courier of the expected time slot so I was able to warn my friend to be in at that time. Generally a good service and very nice flowers.”

“The flowers were lovely and appreciated when they arrived unfortunately using Amazon as the delivery method was a problem as, according to them, it was UNDELIVERABLE ! Eflorist customer services saved the day by dispatching a replacement and used a different delivery service ensuring the flowers arrived only slightly late”

“This plant was bought for a 94 year lady in England, I live in Australia, she was so happy with it a lovely yellow rose, said it was beautiful and was enjoying the chocolates that came as a free gift. My only disappointment was I received no e mail to say it had been delivered and living in Australia on a different time. You would of got 5 stars if I had received an e mail”
