“Birthday bouquet for my sister in law, easy to order, also came with free chocolates. Kept up to date by email regarding dispatch and delivery and tracked my order on line. Really pleased with her beautiful bouquet, I will definitely use Eflorist again, brilliant prices and very easy to order, thanks to all involved from order to delivery.”

“eFlorist are first class.. flowers and prices.. However the delivery was awful..the time of delivery was changed three times during the day which ok is what the courier says can happen.. But to deliver the flowers at 8.50 pm on a freezing cold night and leaving them outside of the house without even ringing the door bell to let the house owners that they were there is disgraceful ...If the house owner had not gone out to look out of her window before locking up for the night they would not have seen them untill the morning by which time they would have been dead....On top of that the sender's card wasn't in the flowers so she had no idea who they were from...I suggest you need to change your delivery courier...not amused at all..”

“First time using EFlorist and I wasn't disappointed. The flowers were reasonably priced, delivered on time with a great tracker service. My friend was delighted and her husband even more so because of the lovely chocolates delivered along with the flowers!!”

“Ordered my flowers for a birthday gift on the Monday for guaranteed delivery on the Friday. Flowers did not arrive still at depot. Spoiled the birthday surprise. Flowers were finally delivered late on the Saturday. Stems all wilted. Not a very helpful response from customer service. Would not use again.”
