“I had a quite high expectations but I am really disappointed because I paid for delivery in advance and for certain date. But on the date Amazon text me that the purchase is delaying. So, they delivered the flowers on the next day after the birthday, frozen and wilted. No one rang the bell, just left them on front door for one hour because I called the recipient to collect them.”

“Rather upset about the lateness of delivery on a very cold night. Fortunately the recipient was in. The next day I visited and was extremely surprised with the size of the Christmas basket. To me it appeared a miniature compared with the original presentation although the recipient was pleased. I kept my disappointment to myself.”
