“Flowers arrived in a squashed torn thin cardboard box. Flowers were dying after two days when they should have been in full bloom! (Won't allow me to download a photo on here) Completely spoilt the surprise, day and Anniversary occasion. Should have gone to local supermarket and bought a bouquet from there for less money and more flowers! Got a refund but won't be using them again.”

“Lovely choice of flowers and the added bonus of chocolates. My friend was over the moon. Her boiler and washing machine had broken down a few days earlier. The flowers cheered her up.”

“Flowers arrived mid morning on the day I asked for. The flowers were very well packaged, in bud as described on the website. They are all now in full bloom (8 days later) and look beautiful. A lovely surprise for my mother.”

“I sent a bouquet of flowers to a friend. I had never used this company before and was very impressed with everything about my order. I was kept informed of it's journey right up until it was delivered. My friend was delighted with her flowers. Excellent service and I would recommend them if you want 1st class service. “I ordered four lots of flowers for my daughters and daughters in-law on the 1st of December to all arrive on the 3rd. Three arrived on the right day but were almost dead and didn't last 24 hours, and one bunch arrived two days later completely dead. They were very embarrassed having to tell me, and I was very upset hearing it. Unfortunately I will not be ordering from yourselves again and wasting my money”

“Flowers were lovely however, Amazon have now taken over the delivery service and the flowers were not delivered until 5.30 pm. They were for my mothering laws 90th birthday so very disappointed at the time they were delivered her birthday was almost over, a much better service for delivering flowers was from Yodel. Not sure why you have changed the courier but it is not for the best.”
